Apparently someone thought it would be a good idea to release fecal matter on the floor of the men's bathroom (instead of in the toilet which was in fact a couple inches away..),so the owner threatened to close up shop and kick everyone out if no one cleaned it up in 20min. Unfortunately, no one fessed up to the crime, and one of the guys from "the fever dreams" ( a kickass art rock band that was lined up to play next) swallowed his pride and cleaned up the shit so the night could go on. That and the fact that they didn't go on until 1am, and their set was cut in half make it safe to say they're not too happy with us, and will probably never play a show with us again. Sorry.
In true dive bar fashion, I drank way too much, danced hard, lost my lens cap, and took a bunch of drunken photos of people I can't remember (and frankly, would rather not show you, lol). So, instead I give you the members of Rook.-One foot Johnny on bass:
